Role: Presales Solution Architect

Job Purpose The Pre Sales Architect will own the end-to-end customer engagement cycle from initial discovery to proposal closure. This role is the primary customer-facing interface for cloud transformation opportunities — leading discovery workshops, developing commercial proposals, responding to RFPs/RFIs, and building trusted relationships with CXO and IT leadership stakeholders. The role works closely with Solution Architects for technical depth and with Sales for commercial alignment.Primary Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end presales engagement for cloud opportunities — from lead qualification to proposal submission and technical closure.
- Lead customer discovery workshops to understand business goals, IT landscape, pain points, and transformation requirements.
- Develop and present compelling solution narratives, architecture overviews, and business value propositions to CIOs, CTOs, and business stakeholders.
- Prepare and manage RFP, RFI, and RFQ responses in coordination with technical and commercial teams.
- Create techno-commercial proposals including solution scope, pricing, commercial models, and contractual summaries.
- Coordinate with Solution Architects to translate business requirements into technically sound and commercially attractive proposals.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with strategic and repeat enterprise accounts to identify new opportunities.
- Work closely with AWS partner teams and OEM ecosystem for joint solutioning and deal support.
- Support deal reviews, presentations, and negotiations with senior customer leadership.
- Track presales pipeline, maintain CRM hygiene, and provide accurate forecasting to Sales leadership.
Additional Responsibilities
- Represent Rapyder at customer events, webinars, roadshows, and industry forums.
- Contribute to the development of standard proposal templates, solution playbooks, and battle cards.
- Conduct competitive analysis to strengthen positioning in active deals.
- Build awareness of AWS pricing, commercial programs (MAP, SFR, credits) to optimize deal structuring.
Pay: Up to ₹5,000,000.00 per year
