Job Summary:
The DTF Machine Operator is responsible for operating Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing machines, preparing artwork for printing, monitoring print quality, maintaining equipment, and ensuring timely production of high-quality transfers for apparel and other textile products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor DTF printing machines according to production schedules.
- Load PET films, inks, and adhesive powder into the machine.
- Perform daily machine setup, calibration, and cleaning.
- Inspect printed transfers for color accuracy, alignment, and print quality.
- Cure and finish DTF prints using powder shaker and curing equipment.
- Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report major technical problems.
- Maintain inventory of inks, films, powders, and other consumables.
- Follow production targets while minimizing material waste.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area.
- Follow safety procedures and company quality standards.
- Record production data and machine maintenance activities.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
