Job Summary
A2Z Plant Nutrient Private Limited is looking for a dedicated and responsible Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations at project sites. The ideal candidate should be proactive, disciplined, and capable of managing field teams while ensuring that work is completed safely, efficiently, and as per company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities and ensure smooth execution of assigned work.
- Plan daily manpower, materials, and resources to complete projects on schedule.
- Coordinate with clients, company management, and field staff regarding project progress.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality, safety, and work standards.
- Maintain daily site reports, attendance records, work progress, and issue logs.
- Report daily progress, challenges, and resource requirements to the Project Manager.
- Guide, train, and motivate field workers to improve productivity and work quality.
- Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and materials at the project site.
- Resolve minor site issues and escalate major concerns to management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 12th Pass (Diploma or Graduation will be an added advantage).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, Email, WhatsApp).
- Basic English reading, writing, and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain records and prepare simple reports.
- Willingness to travel to different project sites as required.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license will be preferred.
Experience
- Freshers can apply.
- Candidates with 1–3 years of experience in site supervision, landscaping, horticulture, construction, facility management, or related field will be preferred.
