Role description
Lead I - Software Testing
- Lead QE activities for the designated domain
- Plan and drive in‑sprint testing, automation execution, and release sign-off
- Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases
- Design and develop automation scripts using Selenium (Java)/Playwright (Typescript), Appium and REST API frameworks
- Use AI assisted testing solutions to accelerate the testing tasks (test generation, smart test selection, failure insights, self healing concepts)
- Follow QE standards, processes, and continuous improvement practices
- Manage test execution on cloud platforms like Lambda, Test grid, SauceLabs etc. for faster feedback and scalability
- Validate end-to-end system integrations, data flows, and downstream impacts across enterprise systems
- Enable CI/CD pipeline integration and continuous quality gates
- Track quality metrics, risks, and readiness for production rollout
- Collaborate with Dev, Product, and Business teams to align testing with Corporate and financial workflows
- Ensure defect prevention, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement

- Telecom Enterprise/Back Office - Supply chain, procurement, finance, commissions, HR/payroll, commissions
