Job Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Service to assist customers with their queries, provide accurate information, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle customer queries through phone calls, messages, or other assigned channels.
* Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.
* Maintain professional and polite communication with customers.
* Follow up with customers when required.
* Maintain basic records of customer interactions.
* Coordinate with the relevant team for unresolved customer issues.
* Follow company policies, customer-service standards, and data-privacy guidelines.
Requirements:
* Good communication skills.
* Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, and internet applications.
* Hindi communication skills required; basic English is an advantage.
* Freshers can apply.
* Customer-focused and responsible attitude.
