JOB DESCRIPTION
Position: Front Office Executive (Day Shift)
Reports To: Senior Operations Manager
Purpose of the Role
To ensure smooth front office operations, provide excellent guest service, manage reservations, and maintain a professional first impression of Proximus.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs.
- Manage reservations from OTA, direct, corporate, and walk-in sources.
- Attend phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and guest enquiries promptly.
- Coordinate room allocation with housekeeping.
- Assist guests with information, requests, and local guidance.
- Ensure guest registration and documentation are completed accurately.
- Coordinate airport transfers and guest transportation requests.
- Handle billing, invoices, and payment collections.
- Maintain reservation records and daily reports.
- Escalate guest complaints and operational issues to management.
- Ensure reception, lobby, and guest-facing areas are clean and presentable.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
