Job Description:
* Preparation and issuance of Purchase Orders (PO)
* Vendor identification and rate comparison
* Comparative statement preparation
* Monthly material requirement planning and procurement scheduling
* Vendor delivery follow-up and coordination
* Coordination with Project Manager and PMC for approvals
* Procurement documentation and reporting
Requirements:
* Minimum 8 years experience in construction procurement
* Strong vendor management skills
* Knowledge of construction materials and procurement processes
* Good communication and negotiation skills
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
