Job Summary
The Digital Growth Executive will be responsible for planning and executing digital marketing campaigns to generate leads, improve brand visibility, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in performance marketing, SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, WordPress, and website analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Implement SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
- Maintain and update the company website using WordPress.
- Optimize landing pages to improve lead conversions.
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and prepare performance reports.
- Support AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) initiatives to improve AI search visibility.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and campaign optimization.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to execute digital campaigns.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 1–2 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, WordPress, and Google Analytics.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
