We are seeking a highly professional, polished, and service-oriented Personal Butler to provide dedicated hospitality and executive support to the Chairman. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the Chairman's daily service requirements across both the private residence and office, ensuring the highest standards of hospitality, discretion, and personalized attention.
This role requires an individual with exceptional food and beverage service skills, impeccable etiquette, and the ability to anticipate needs while maintaining complete confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Provide personalized butler services to the Chairman at the residence and office.
Anticipate the Chairman's preferences and daily requirements, ensuring seamless service.
Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, etiquette, and discretion.
Accompany and assist the Chairman with hospitality requirements between the residence and office as required.
Serve breakfast, lunch, dinner, tea, coffee, and refreshments to the Chairman as per schedule and preferences.
Ensure proper meal presentation, table setup, and formal dining etiquette.
Coordinate with the cook and kitchen staff regarding meal planning and service requirements.
Monitor food quality, presentation, and timely service.
Manage hospitality arrangements for guests dining with the Chairman.
Maintain pantry and dining inventories, ensuring adequate stock of beverages, snacks, crockery, and service essentials.
Provide hospitality services at the Chairman's office located near the residence.
Serve refreshments, beverages, and meals during meetings and business discussions.
Ensure meeting rooms, boardrooms, and hospitality areas are maintained to executive standards.
Welcome and attend to VIP guests, business associates, and visitors.
Coordinate hospitality arrangements for meetings, conferences, and official events.
Ensure dining, pantry, and hospitality areas are maintained in immaculate condition.
Coordinate with housekeeping and support staff to maintain service standards.
Monitor inventories of household hospitality items and dining supplies.
Assist in organizing private lunches, dinners, and family gatherings.
Arrange hospitality requirements for executive meetings and special occasions.
Coordinate refreshments and meal service for business associates and guests.
Support the planning and execution of formal lunches, dinners, and corporate gatherings.
Ensure all hospitality arrangements are executed flawlessly.
Assist the Chairman with daily service-related requests and personal requirements.
Coordinate travel refreshments and hospitality arrangements when required.
Liaise with household staff, office administration, drivers, and facility teams to ensure smooth operations.
Support special assignments and service-related tasks as directed by the Chairman.
Maintain strict confidentiality regarding personal, household, and business matters.
Demonstrate impeccable grooming, etiquette, and professional conduct at all times.
Handle responsibilities with discipline, punctuality, and attention to detail.
Uphold the image and standards of the Chairman through exceptional service delivery.
Prior experience as a Personal Butler, Executive Butler, Residence Butler, Steward, or Hospitality Professional.
Strong knowledge of food and beverage service, formal dining etiquette, and VIP hospitality.
Experience serving HNIs, Chairpersons, Promoters, Senior Executives, or Private Families will be preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to interact confidently with VIP guests and senior management.
Professional appearance with excellent grooming standards.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Flexible to work extended hours based on the Chairman's schedule.
Minimum Higher Secondary education; Graduate preferred.
Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management will be an added advantage.
Professional Butler or Hospitality Service training preferred.
