Role Summary
We are looking for an energetic, goal-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive based in DELHI/ NCR with 1 to 2 years of experience to join our growth team. In this role, you will be on the front lines—visiting the field, pitching to business owners, and onboarding clients who want to scale their brands through our comprehensive digital footprint, marketing, and advertising packages. Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Onboarding & Business Development
- Conduct daily field visits to identify and connect with prospective B2B clients, startups, and established businesses looking for brand expansion.
- Pitch the unique value proposition of BONC Network, shifting the client mindset from "lead gen directory" to a holistic "B2B networking and digital footprint platform."
- Sell comprehensive digital footprint branding, marketing, and advertisement packages to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
2. Client Relationship & Networking
- Act as a trusted consultant, helping businesses understand how to leverage BONC's tools (AI Meta search tools, business groups, white papers, and blogs) to boost their revenue.
- Guide newly onboarded businesses through their initial profile setup to ensure they showcase their deliverables effectively.
3. Market Penetration & Strategy
- Map local business hubs and industrial territories to uncover fresh onboarding opportunities.
- Gather feedback from the field to help the internal product and marketing teams refine platform offerings.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a strong plus.
- Experience: 1–2 years of proven experience in Field Sales, B2B Sales, Corporate Sales, or Digital Media/Ad Sales.
- Mindset: A natural go-getter who embraces field dynamics, target-driven environments, and direct face-to-face client acquisition.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to confidently present tech/digital platform benefits to traditional business owners.
- Tech-Savvy: Basic understanding of digital branding, SEO/Google search visibility, and professional networking platforms.
- Mobility: Must possess a personal vehicle and smartphone for daily field operations.
