Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Finance to lead the financial operations of our luxury hospitality business. The ideal candidate will oversee budgeting, financial planning, compliance, reporting, and cost management while supporting overall business growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all finance and accounting operations of the hotel.
- Prepare financial reports, forecasts, budgets, and strategic financial plans.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, taxation, audits, and internal controls.
- Monitor cash flow, revenue management, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Collaborate with department heads to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
- Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to senior management.
- Manage vendor payments, payroll, banking relationships, and financial risk assessment.
- Supervise and mentor the finance and accounts team.
Requirements
- CA / CMA / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification.
- 8–15 years of finance experience, preferably in hospitality, hotels, or luxury service sectors.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, budgeting, and financial analysis.
- Experience with hotel ERP/accounting systems is preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
