Tour Consultant – International Holiday Packages

About the Role
Bestination Holidays Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an enthusiastic and results-oriented Tour Consultant with experience in selling International Holiday Packages. The ideal candidate should be passionate about travel, possess excellent sales and customer service skills, and have the ability to create customized travel experiences for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, walk-ins, and online leads.
- Understand clients' travel requirements and recommend suitable international holiday packages.
- Design customized itineraries and prepare detailed quotations.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings by providing exceptional customer service.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Follow up with prospective customers to maximize conversion rates.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, DMCs, visa teams, and other travel partners.
- Stay updated on international destinations, visa requirements, airline promotions, and travel trends.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Deliver excellent pre-sales and post-sales customer support.
- Generate repeat business through outstanding service and relationship management.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in selling international holiday packages.
- Strong knowledge of international destinations, travel products, and itinerary planning.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in preparing customized FIT and Group Tour itineraries.
- Ability to work independently and consistently achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
