Job Description
We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and passionate Graphic Designer to join our Event Management team. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of experience in the wedding and events industry and possess a strong eye for aesthetics, typography, color palettes, and luxury design.
As a Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in conceptualizing and designing visually stunning creatives for luxury weddings, social celebrations, and corporate events. The candidate should have hands-on experience in designing wedding invitations, event branding, stationery, social media creatives, and other customized event collaterals that create memorable guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Design luxury wedding invitations, save-the-date cards, RSVP cards, welcome notes, thank-you cards, menus, itineraries, seating charts, and other wedding stationery.
- Create customized event branding and visual identities based on client themes and concepts.
- Design event collaterals including stage backdrops, welcome signage, standees, LED screen creatives, branding panels, photo booth graphics, and venue branding.
- Develop creative concepts and mood boards aligned with client preferences and event themes.
- Design digital invitations, e-invites, WhatsApp invitations, wedding websites, and social media creatives.
- Create brochures, presentations, pitch decks, and client proposal designs for the sales and planning teams.
- Work closely with Wedding Planners, Creative Team, Production Team, and Client Servicing Team to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs.
- Prepare print-ready artwork and coordinate with vendors for production and printing.
- Ensure all artwork is delivered within project timelines while maintaining high design standards.
- Edit and retouch images whenever required for event creatives and marketing materials.
- Maintain consistency in brand identity across all creative assets.
- Stay updated with the latest wedding design trends, typography, luxury aesthetics, and printing techniques.
- Coordinate with printers, fabrication vendors, and production teams to ensure accurate execution of designs.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Maintain organized design files and artwork libraries for future reference.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer in the wedding, event management, hospitality, or luxury events industry.
- Strong portfolio showcasing wedding invitations, luxury event stationery, branding, and event creatives.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Working knowledge of CorelDRAW and Canva will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of typography, layouts, color theory, print production, and branding.
- Experience in designing both print and digital creatives.
- Ability to conceptualize unique and customized wedding invitation designs based on different themes.
- Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and visual storytelling skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of print specifications, file preparation, and production processes.
Preferred Candidate
- Prior experience with a wedding planning company, luxury event management company, design studio, or hospitality brand.
- Experience in designing Indian wedding invitations, luxury event branding, and premium stationery.
- Strong understanding of wedding trends, décor themes, color palettes, and luxury aesthetics.
- Candidates with experience in motion graphics, video editing, or basic animation will have an added advantage.
- Candidates residing in or willing to commute to South Delhi will be preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
