We are looking for a Data Entry Assistant & Finance Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good computer knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to manage data accurately while supporting basic finance-related activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and maintain data accurately in the company's ERP system (Odoo).
- Verify and update records as required.
- Assist with invoice and document management.
- Maintain employee, operational, and finance-related records.
- Support day-to-day administrative and finance activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for data and documentation requirements.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Graduate in any discipline.
- Good computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Freshers are highly encouraged to apply.
Location: Kakkanchery, Malappuram
Preference: Candidates residing near Kakkanchery, Malappuram will be given preference.
