Job Summary
We are seeking experienced and highly skilled HR professionals to join our organization. The ideal candidates will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR functions, supporting organizational goals, and ensuring a positive and compliant workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement
- Handle end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles
- Maintain and update employee records, HR documentation, and MIS reports
- Implement and monitor HR policies, procedures, and compliance
- Manage payroll coordination, attendance, leaves, and performance management systems
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary processes professionally
- Support training & development programs and employee growth initiatives
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements
- Act as a bridge between management and employees to maintain a healthy work environment
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, and compliance
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in HR software, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3–7 years of relevant HR experience (experience may vary by role)
- Prior experience in handling corporate HR functions is preferred
