Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates for the role of International Voice Process Associate. The candidate will handle inbound and/or outbound calls with international customers, provide excellent customer support, resolve queries efficiently, and maintain high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer interactions via voice calls professionally.
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests in a timely manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, or processes.
- Maintain quality standards and achieve performance targets.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
- Update customer records and document interactions accurately.
- Follow company policies, compliance, and communication guidelines.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and positive customer experience.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Neutral or clear accent with good pronunciation.
- Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts/night shifts.
- Problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Eligibility Criteria
- Any Graduate / Undergraduate can apply.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Minimum age: 18 years.
- Prior BPO or customer service experience is an added advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in international customer support or voice process.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and call-handling software.
- Strong adaptability and teamwork skills.
Work Environment
- Rotational shifts including night shifts.
- 5-day working environment depending on process requirements.
- Work from Office / Hybrid / Work from Home (as applicable).
