About the Role:
Orgalife is looking for a motivated and energetic FMCG Sales Executive to expand market reach and increase sales of our organic and wellness products. The candidate will be responsible for retailer visits, distributor handling, order generation, and maintaining strong customer relationships in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit retail shops, supermarkets, and distributors regularly
- Generate sales and achieve monthly targets
- Promote Orgalife products in the market
- Develop and maintain strong retailer relationships
- Ensure product availability and visibility at stores
- Collect market feedback and competitor information
- Submit daily sales and visit reports
- Coordinate with the management team for business growth
Requirements:
- Experience in FMCG sales preferred
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in field sales
- Basic knowledge of sales reporting
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred
- Self-motivated and target-oriented personality
