- Microbial Testing: Perform Microbial Limit Tests (MLT), water analysis, and raw material testing to ensure compliance with pharmacopeia standards.
- Environmental Monitoring (EM): Conduct routine monitoring of cleanrooms (air, surface, personnel) to maintain a controlled production environment.
- Documentation & Compliance: Maintain, review, and approve analytical records, LIMS data, and Certificate of Analysis (COA) according to GMP.
- Equipment Maintenance: Calibrate and operate lab equipment such as autoclaves, incubators, and biosafety cabinets.
- Investigations: Initiate and manage OOS (Out of Specification) results, deviations, and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions).
- Media & Cultures: Manage microbial cultures, media preparation, and sterilization. Salesforce +5
- Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: B.Sc./M.Sc. in Microbiology, Biotechnology, or Biology.
- Experience: 1–5 years in a pharmaceutical QC laboratory (OSD formulation preferred).
- Skills: In-depth knowledge of microbial identification, Gram staining, and aseptic techniques.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of WHO, USFDA, and ICH guidelines.
