Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and Research potential international markets, distributors and buyers.
- Study competitor activities, pricing and market trends.
- Initiate contact with potential overseas customers via email, phone and virtual meetings.
- Develop strong business relationships and manage customer accounts.
- Handle clients inquiries, quotations, negotiations and order closures.
- Prepare and process export sales orders and coordinate with internal departments.
- Meets or exceeds assigned international sales targets.
- Build a pipeline of prospective international clients
- Perform cold calling and cold emailing to international prospects to introduce the company’s products/services.
- Maintain regular contact with existing customers to explore repeat and upsell opportunities.
