Position: Quality Engineer

Key Responsibilities
- Inspect incoming raw materials and finished products.
- Monitor quality during extrusion, twisting, braiding, and winding processes.
- Conduct quality tests (breaking strength, diameter, weight, elongation, etc.).
- Maintain inspection reports, test records, and quality documentation.
- Work on ERP for quality entries, inspection reports, NCRs, and batch traceability.
- Identify defects, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Handle customer quality complaints and coordinate with production for improvements.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and company quality standards.
- Support internal and external quality audits.
