Position: Billing & Estimation Engineer
Industry: Real Estate & Construction
Experience: Minimum 3–4 Years in a Real Estate Construction Firm.
Key Responsibilities:
✔Preparation of BOQ, Quantity Survey & Estimation.
✔Contractor Billing & Client Billing.
✔Rate Analysis & Cost Estimation.
✔Verification of Site Measurements & Quantities.
✔ Preparation of Running Bills & Final Bills.
✔Coordination with Site, Purchase & Accounts Team.
✔Knowledge of Tendering & Material Reconciliation.
✔MIS Reporting & Documentation Management.
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of Billing & Estimation Processes.
Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD & ERP Software.
Good Communication & Coordination Skills.
Ability to Handle Multiple Projects Efficiently.
