About the Role
Ahamyo Care Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a highly experienced and clinically competent Quality Manager – Physiotherapy to lead clinical excellence across multiple clinics. The role is responsible for ensuring standardized, evidence-based physiotherapy practices, mentoring therapists, driving quality improvement initiatives, resolving clinical escalations, and supporting clinic operations across all locations.
The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership abilities, excellent clinical reasoning, and the capability to train and inspire physiotherapists while maintaining the highest standards of patient care. Clinical governance, audits, staff development, and continuous quality improvement are core responsibilities of similar physiotherapy leadership roles.
Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Quality & Governance
- Establish and implement standardized physiotherapy treatment protocols across all clinics.
- Conduct regular clinical audits to ensure adherence to evidence-based practices.
- Monitor assessment quality, treatment planning, documentation, patient education, and clinical outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with professional ethics, clinical documentation standards, and internal SOPs.
- Identify clinical gaps and implement corrective and preventive action plans.
- Review complex clinical cases and provide expert guidance to therapists.
Training & Clinical Development
- Train newly hired physiotherapists on Ahamyo's clinical protocols and patient management systems.
- Conduct regular clinical workshops, case discussions, journal clubs, and skill enhancement sessions.
- Mentor therapists to improve manual therapy skills, exercise prescription, clinical reasoning, and communication.
- Evaluate therapists periodically and prepare competency development plans.
- Ensure continuous learning and implementation of updated evidence-based physiotherapy practices.
Clinic Support & Operations
- Support Clinic In-Charges in resolving day-to-day operational challenges.
- Coordinate with Operations, HR, and Business teams to improve clinic efficiency.
- Assist clinics in maintaining smooth patient flow and service quality.
- Ensure uniform implementation of operational SOPs across all locations.
- Visit clinics regularly to monitor functioning and provide on-ground support.
Escalation Management
- Handle patient complaints and clinical escalations professionally.
- Investigate root causes of quality concerns and implement corrective actions.
- Support therapists during difficult clinical situations and second-opinion consultations.
- Ensure patient satisfaction while maintaining clinical integrity.
Performance Monitoring
- Monitor clinical KPIs including:
- Patient Outcomes
- Patient Satisfaction (NPS/Feedback)
- Documentation Quality
- Clinical Audit Scores
- Treatment Compliance
- Conversion & Continuation Rates
- Repeat Visit Rates
- Prepare monthly quality reports and present improvement plans to management.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Operations, HR, Marketing, and Business Development teams.
- Support new clinic launches through therapist training and process implementation.
- Participate in recruitment interviews and clinical competency assessments.
- Assist in developing new clinical services, protocols, and patient education materials.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree (BPT/MPT) in Physiotherapy.
- Minimum 5–8 years of clinical experience.
- At least 2 years in a leadership, training, or quality management role preferred.
- Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal rehabilitation, evidence-based practice, exercise prescription, and manual therapy.
- Excellent communication, mentoring, and leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Travel Requirement
- Regular travel across Noida, Faridabad, Sohna, and any future Ahamyo clinic locations.
- Willingness to provide on-site clinical support whenever required.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
