Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced VMC Programmer with hands-on experience in Mastercam 5X to develop, modify, and optimize CNC machining programs for 2D and 3D components.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with engineering drawings, machining requirements, and production teams while maintaining accuracy, quality, and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Program VMC machines using Mastercam 5X
- Develop and modify CNC programs for 2D & 3D components
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications
- Optimize machining processes for accuracy and productivity
- Modify existing programs as per component and production requirements
- Coordinate with Production and Quality teams
- Support smooth machining operations and achieve production requirements
- Follow applicable quality, process, and workplace safety standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in VMC Programming
- Strong knowledge of 2D & 3D part programming
- Minimum 1 year of experience with Mastercam 5X
- Good understanding of engineering drawings and machining processes
- Ability to work independently
- Good problem-solving and process optimization skills
- Ability to work according to production requirements and timelines
Experience Requirements
- VMC Programming: 2 years – Required
- 2D & 3D Part Programming: 1 year – Required
- Mastercam 5X: 1 year – Required
