Job Summary
Mind Meadow is seeking a Licensed Clinical Psychologist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing psychological assessments, diagnosis, treatment planning, and therapy services to individuals, couples, families, or groups. This role requires strong clinical expertise, empathy, professionalism, and a commitment to ethical mental health care.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs and goals.
- Provide evidence-based psychotherapy for anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, relationship issues, and other mental health concerns.
- Deliver individual, couples, family, or group therapy sessions as required.
- Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, counselors, and other healthcare professionals for integrated care.
- Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans when necessary.
- Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments when required.
- Educate clients and families on coping strategies, emotional wellness, and relapse prevention.
- Participate in case discussions, supervision, and professional development activities.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree / Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or related field.
- Valid Clinical Psychologist License / Registration as per applicable regulatory authority.
- Minimum 2-5 years of clinical experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of psychological assessments, DSM-5/ICD diagnostic frameworks, and therapeutic modalities.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and report-writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
- High ethical standards and commitment to client confidentiality.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in CBT, DBT, ACT, trauma-informed therapy, or mindfulness-based approaches.
- Experience working with children, adolescents, adults, or couples (depending on service focus).
- Multilingual communication skills are an advantage.
- Comfortable with teletherapy platforms and digital record systems.
