Salesforce Developer Tech Lead - 5 - 9+ years
Location - Hyderabad (Hybrid)
Shift timing: 2 PM to 10 PM IST.
Contract: 12 Months+ (Extendable)
Key responsibilities
Lead the technical delivery of agentic solutions using Salesforce Agentforce.
Build and configure Agentforce, Salesforce and Data Cloud changes.
Provide technical guidance to mid-level and junior Salesforce developers.
Contribute to refinement of requirements, user stories and technical solution options.
Work with architects and product owners to translate business intent into technical delivery.
Support configuration and development across Salesforce Service Cloud, Agentforce and Data Cloud.
Review developer outputs to ensure quality, maintainability and alignment with standards.
Support testing of functional performance, data behaviour and integrations.
Troubleshoot technical issues across Salesforce configuration, automation, data and integrations.
Support deployment planning, release readiness and post-deployment validation.
Collaborate with the Agentforce delivery squad and wider CRM programme teams.
Help ensure Salesforce changes meet agreed governance, security and operational standards.
Essential skills
Strong Salesforce development and configuration experience across complex CRM environments.
Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flow and platform configuration.
Experience leading technical delivery within a Salesforce project or delivery squad.
Good understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud and customer service processes.
Experience designing, building or supporting integrations with Salesforce.
Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, security controls and environment management & strategy.
Ability to refine requirements and shape clear technical solutions.
Experience supporting testing, defect resolution and deployment activities.
Strong troubleshooting skills across configuration, code, data and integrations.
Ability to coach developers and provide clear technical direction.
Experience with Salesforce Agentforce or Einstein AI capabilities including prompt templates
Experience delivering AI agents, chatbots, virtual assistants or agentic solutions.
Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps tooling and Salesforce release governance.
Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud.
Desired skills
Experience in the aviation industry, particularly passenger services, airline operations, airport operations or customer service.
Contact centre experience, ideally within a high-volume service or regulated environment.
Understanding of AI governance, guardrails and responsible AI considerations.
Salesforce Platform Developer, App Builder or relevant architect certifications.
Experience working in regulated or governance-led environments.
Ability to support senior-level technical discussions on AI-enabled CRM delivery.
Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per year
