Telecalling Executive – Swarup Insurance Broking Private Limited
Location: Patamata, Vijayawada
Job Responsibilities:
* Contact customers over phone regarding insurance renewal and new insurance policies.
* Explain insurance products clearly and professionally.
* Follow up with existing and new customers.
* Maintain customer records in Excel/CRM.
* Achieve daily calling and monthly sales targets.
* Provide excellent customer support.
Requirements:
* Minimum Intermediate / Any Degree.
* Good communication skills in Telugu (English/Hindi is an added advantage).
* Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Excel).
* Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
