Territory Sales In-Charge
Role Summary
The Territory Sales In-Charge is responsible for driving vehicle sales within an assigned territory by managing sales executives, generating business opportunities, achieving sales targets, and ensuring excellent customer experience. The role involves territory planning, team supervision, market development, and performance monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
- Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to improve performance.
- Allocate sales leads and monitor follow-ups to maximize conversions.
- Develop and execute territory-wise sales strategies.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
- Monitor competitors' activities and market trends.
- Conduct regular field visits and support the sales team during customer interactions.
- Review sales performance through daily and weekly meetings.
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, accessories, and delivery teams for seamless customer service.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management.
- Coach team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer handling.
