Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager who can plan, execute, and optimize social media strategies across platforms. The ideal candidate understands B2B marketing, LinkedIn growth, paid advertising, and lead generation funnels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals
- Manage LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms
- Create engaging posts, carousels, short-form videos, and thought-leadership content
- Plan and execute paid campaigns (Meta Ads & LinkedIn Ads)
- Generate inbound leads through organic and paid strategies
- Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns
- Coordinate with design and marketing teams
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in social media management
- Strong expertise in LinkedIn marketing (B2B preferred)
- Experience running paid ad campaigns (Meta & LinkedIn)
- Strong copywriting and content strategy skills
- Knowledge of analytics tools and performance tracking
- Basic design/video editing knowledge (Canva, Adobe, CapCut, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in IT / Consulting industry
- Lead generation campaign experience
- Understanding of sales funnels and conversion optimization
