Job Description:
We are hiring an Accounts & Admin Executive to manage basic accounting work along with office administration responsibilities.
The role includes handling accounts entries, bills, vouchers, and payment records, along with managing daily office operations, coordination, and front desk activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain basic accounting records, entries, and vouchers
- Assist in billing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups
- Handle office administration and coordination work
- Manage calls, emails, and visitor handling (front desk)
- Maintain files, documents, and records properly
- Support management in daily office tasks, a multi-tasking role ideal for someone who is organized and responsible.
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of Accounting
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Sheets, Email)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
Qualification:
Experience:
- 0–2 years (Freshers can also apply)
Salary:
- ₹10,000 – ₹18,000 per month
