Job Role
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled OT Nurse to assist in surgical procedures and ensure the smooth functioning of the operation theatre. The candidate will support surgeons, maintain sterile conditions, and provide quality patient care before, during, and after surgery.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain the operation theatre for surgical procedures
- Assist surgeons and anesthetists during operations
- Ensure sterilization of instruments and OT equipment
- Monitor patients before, during, and after surgery
- Maintain accurate patient and surgical records
- Follow infection control and safety protocols
- Coordinate with doctors and healthcare staff for patient care
Requirements
- B.Sc Nursing / GNM Nursing
- Valid nursing registration preferred
- Knowledge of OT procedures, sterilization, and patient care
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Minimum 5 years of OT experience preferred
