About the Role
Career Fixx is looking for a creative Sr. Video Editor & Motion Graphics Designer who can turn raw footage into engaging, story-driven content for YouTube, social media, branding, and advertisements.
We’re looking for someone who goes beyond basic video cutting and has a strong understanding of motion graphics, typography, animation, pacing, and visual storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit short-form and long-form videos with strong storytelling and viewer retention.
- Create motion graphics, kinetic typography, animations, transitions, and VFX.
- Work on educational, documentary, social media, and promotional content.
- Use B-roll, graphics, icons, images, charts, and visual effects creatively.
- Handle sound design, audio syncing, colour correction, and final polishing.
- Collaborate with the creative team and deliver projects within deadlines.
Required Skills
- Advanced Adobe After Effects – Mandatory
- Advanced Adobe Premiere Pro – Mandatory
- Strong Motion Graphics & Typography skills
- Good understanding of visual storytelling and composition
- Knowledge of Photoshop/Illustrator is a plus
- DaVinci Resolve, Blender/Cinema 4D or AI video tools are a plus
Who We’re Looking For
Someone who thinks like a motion designer, not just a video cutter and can create visual content from scratch.
Portfolio/Showreel Mandatory
Your portfolio should showcase After Effects, motion graphics, typography, visual storytelling, and creative editing.

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
