Job Description
We are looking for experienced professionals with a background in Credit and Business Development. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of relevant experience in financial services, NBFC, or banking-related sales and credit functions.
The role involves managing credit-related client interactions along with active business development responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle credit assessment and support loan-related processes
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Visit clients and support field-based business development activities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing
- Achieve assigned business and credit targets
Eligibility Criteria
- 1–2 years of experience in Credit / NBFC / Banking / Financial Services
- Strong understanding of credit processes and financial products
- Ability to do business development and client acquisition
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work in a target-driven environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Loan Against Property / Machinery / SME lending preferred
- Strong negotiation and client handling skills
- Field sales exposure is an added advantage
- Analytical mindset with basic credit understanding
Pay: ₹11,529.06 - ₹30,000.00 per month
