They uphold quality assurance through process validation, digital rollout support, timely red flags/insights for reviews and reporting, and quick course corrections shared with program/ops teams across district/block/village/school levels. Responsibilities also cover managing documentation/filing (inward/outward hardcopies), participating in trainings, training field staff on tools/guidelines, handholding new joiners, and boosting efficiency in data processes.
