Job Description :
We are looking for a dynamic Business Growth Manager to lead the growth strategy for our B2C retail business of our flagship AI programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the P&L of the B2C segment and driving new channels of growth to enhance lead generation, acquisition, and customer retention. This is a cross-functional role that requires collaboration with teams across content, marketing, sales, customer success, and tech to achieve the outlined business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

P&L Management: Own and manage the P&L for the B2C business, ensuring growth targets, profitability, and efficient cost management.

Lead Generation: Establish and scale new growth channels to generate leads and drive customer acquisition. Develop and test new strategies to optimize lead quality and cost-per-acquisition.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with content, marketing, sales, customer success, and tech teams to design and execute integrated growth initiatives. Ensure alignment across teams for cohesive strategy execution.

Marketing & Campaign Optimization: Use tools like Google Analytics, marketing automation platforms, and affiliate platforms to track, measure, and optimize marketing campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI.

Competitor and Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, conduct competitor analysis, and identify opportunities to differentiate our offerings and stay ahead of industry developments.

KPIs and Reporting: Define, track, and report on key business metrics (CAC, ROI & conversion rates) to measure performance and adjust strategies as needed.

Sales Funnel Optimization: Build and monitor sales funnels, ensuring leads are nurtured and converted effectively to reduce sales cycles, improving overall customer lifecycle management.
Requirements:

Graduate (preferably in a STEM field or business (BBA)

Minimum 3 years of experience in a growth role within a B2C business, preferably in a startup environment.

Strong experience managing P&L, driving lead generation, and scaling new growth channels.

Good understanding of Google Analytics, marketing automation tools and affiliate marketing platforms.

Proficient in competitor analysis, market research, and identifying growth opportunities.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive growth initiatives.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, presentation and communication skills.

Excellent knowledge of MS work, power point , excel and other tools,

Knowledge and ability to use GenAI tools for automation of tasks.
Preferred: Relevant experience in an EdTech company or an AI company is a plus.
