About the Role

Job Title: Python Developer

Location: Coimbatore – Onsite

Experience: 1–3 Years

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Python Developer with 0–1 year of hands-on
experience in backend development. Ideal candidates will have practical exposure to
Python programming, Django or Flask frameworks, relational databases like
PostgreSQL, and experience working on real-time or academic projects. You will be
involved in building and maintaining backend services, APIs, and collaborating with the
team to deliver efficient, high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services using Django or Flask.
Work with relational databases (PostgreSQL or equivalent) for schema design
and data handling.
Write clean, maintainable Python code following best practices.
Implement unit and integration tests using tools like pytest or unittest.
Use Git-based tools such as GitHub or GitLab for version control and
collaboration.
Debug, optimize, and enhance existing codebases.
Collaborate with frontend and DevOps teams for integration and deployment.
Participate in code reviews, team discussions, and follow Agile development
processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Solid foundational knowledge of Python and backend frameworks (Django or
Flask).
Practical experience with PostgreSQL or other SQL/NoSQL databases.
Exposure to writing and running unit tests.
Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.
Understanding of REST API design and backend architecture.
Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills and willingness to learn in a collaborative
environment.

Good to Have :

Experience with Docker or CI/CD tools.
Basic understanding of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Exposure to frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React).
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Knowledge or hands-on experience with Frappe Framework.
