Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
- Manage and create content for social media platforms.
- Support SEO activities and website optimization.
- Assist with email marketing and LinkedIn marketing campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research, market research, and competitor analysis.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on live client projects.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
Training & Employment StructureInitial Training Period – 3 Months
- Comprehensive training on digital marketing concepts, tools, and processes.
- Hands-on learning through live client projects.
- Continuous guidance and mentoring from experienced professionals.
- Salary: ₹5,000 per month.
Probation Period – Next 3 Months
- Upon successful completion of the training period, candidates will continue in a 3-month probation period.
- During probation, employees will independently handle assigned responsibilities while receiving regular performance reviews.
Confirmation
After successfully completing the 6-month Training + Probation period, employees who demonstrate strong performance, commitment, professionalism, and required skill development may be confirmed as permanent employees of VGDS Global LLP.
