Job Summary:
We are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) to manage the company's financial operations, ensure statutory compliance, prepare financial statements, oversee taxation, and provide strategic financial guidance to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, Companies Act, GST, Income Tax, TDS, and other statutory regulations.
- Manage GST returns, TDS returns, Income Tax filings, and tax assessments.
- Prepare annual budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis.
- Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations for cost optimization.
- Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, and tax consultants.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and banking transactions.
- Ensure timely reconciliation of bank accounts, debtors, creditors, and general ledger.
- Oversee payroll accounting and employee-related statutory compliances.
- Assist management in financial planning and strategic decision-making.
- Develop and maintain internal financial controls and accounting policies.
- Support due diligence, business expansion, and investment-related activities.
Required Qualifications:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI.
- 8 - 10years of relevant experience (depending on the role).
- Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), GST, Income Tax, TDS, and Companies Act.
- Experience in statutory audit, financial reporting, and taxation.
- Proficiency in ERP software such as SAP, Oracle, Tally Prime, or similar.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Salary:
As per company standards and candidate experience.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
