What You’ll Be Doing
- High-Impact Out-of-Home: Designing massive 20x10 ft highway hoardings that stop traffic and challenge the status quo.
- Digital Storytelling: Creating Instagram assets, performance marketing reels, and motion graphics that explain our AI-powered assessment tech.
- Residential Campaigning: Building the visual world for our Special Residential Cohort, from premium prospectus designs to high-status landing pages.
- Brand Synergy: Seamlessly blending the academic excellence with the high-intensity energy of TIDA Sports.
Who You Are
- A Specialist who understands that "less is more." You have a mastery of bold typography, high-contrast color palettes, and premium "clean" layouts.
- Speed & Rigor: You can handle the "30-second sweat burst" pace of a fast-growing startup. You don’t wait for inspiration; you build systems.
- Psychology-First: You understand that design is a weapon. You know how to use visuals to trigger the "Jealousy Factor" and "Competitive Parenting" psychology.
- Tech-Fluent: You can take complex concepts like Kinematics and AI-tracking and turn them into simple, "mind-blowing" visuals.
Requirements
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
- Experience in designing for large-scale print (Hoardings/Billboards).
- A portfolio that looks like a luxury tech brand, not a local tuition center.
- The ability to take a "Founder's Vision" and turn it into a "Benchmark" execution.
