We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Odoo ERP Developer to join our team and support the implementation, customization, and development of Odoo ERP for our manufacturing operations.
Freshers with strong knowledge of Python and a genuine interest in ERP development are welcome to apply. Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in Odoo development will also be considered.
Key Responsibilities:• Assist in implementing Odoo ERP across manufacturing and business operations.• Develop and customize Odoo modules based on business requirements.• Work with Python, XML, and the Odoo framework.• Configure and customize modules such as Manufacturing, Inventory, Purchase, Sales, Accounting, and HR.• Understand and implement manufacturing workflows including BOM, Manufacturing Orders, Work Orders, Inventory, Quality Control, and Production Tracking.• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.• Work closely with management and operations teams to understand business requirements and convert them into ERP solutions.• Assist with data migration, testing, deployment, and user training.• Develop integrations with other software or platforms when required.• Improve ERP workflows through automation and customization.• Maintain proper documentation of developments and customizations.
Requirements:• Strong understanding of Python programming.• Basic knowledge of XML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PostgreSQL is preferred.• Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming concepts.• Good logical and problem-solving skills.• Interest in ERP systems and business process automation.• Willingness to learn Odoo and manufacturing processes.• Good communication and teamwork skills.

The selected candidate will get hands-on experience working on a real-world Odoo ERP implementation for a manufacturing company, covering production, inventory, purchasing, sales, quality control, and business process automation.
Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
