- Build a STEAM aptitude amongst students from underserved communities.
- To build human centered design mindset and design thinking approach in students.
- Responsible for implementing the project in the school and working with students to develop advanced technology innovation projects. Provide necessary training support to neighboring schools in collaboration with fellow team members.
- Develop a monitoring mechanism to track progress, assess quality, analyze risks, and identify areas for improvement related to the project implementation.
- Coordinate with the donor team and conduct monthly Volunteer engagement activities at the project schools.
- Maintain databases, document activities, generate reports, create events, etc.
- Liaise with the donor team, school stakeholders, etc. for the smooth functioning of the project.
- Bring any serious concerns/issues to the attention of the Program Team.
- Manage resources (lab equipment and other resources) appropriately and ensure timely availability of resources to the team/beneficiaries.
- Capacity-building workshops for teachers with satisfactory feedback from them.
- Complete training sessions as per the academic year planning.
Knowledge and Technical Skills
· Strong understanding of Design Thinking, Stem Education, and Prototype development.
· Strong understanding of Computational Thinking.
· Must have experience working on Programming with Microcontrollers.
· Must have worked with 3D Printers Arduino, Raspberry Pi, 3D Printing, Sensors, Actuators etc.
· Working knowledge of the Internet of Things Platform.
· Working knowledge of Programming in C/C++/Python, Scratch, and Block based Coding.

Education & Experience
· BE. /B. Tech in Electronics/EEE/ECE or M. Sc. (Electronics/Computer Science).
· 0 - 2+ years of work experience working with students on STEM/Innovation projects.
· Enthusiasm and willingness to learn and make things.
· Experience in working with teachers.
· Prior expertise with technical and STEM subject matter would be a plus, with the interest and curiosity to learn more and support participants in their interests and direction.
· Skills with technology, art, craft, engineering, music, science, green design, and other such themes or curiosity and commitment towards developing such skills

Note: Candidate Should Be Comfortable On Travel (70% Monthly) In Pan India
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
