Job Summary
Clean Dexter Pvt. Ltd. is looking for disciplined, vigilant, and responsible Security Guards to safeguard client premises, employees, visitors, and company assets. The ideal candidate should possess excellent observation skills, maintain a professional attitude, and ensure compliance with all security and safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and secure assigned premises to prevent unauthorized access.
- Control entry and exit of employees, visitors, vendors, and vehicles.
- Conduct routine patrols of the assigned area to identify and report any suspicious activities.
- Maintain visitor and vehicle entry records accurately.
- Respond promptly to emergencies, alarms, accidents, and security incidents.
- Report security breaches, damages, or unusual occurrences to the supervisor immediately.
- Ensure adherence to company security policies and client-specific guidelines.
- Coordinate with emergency services and management whenever required.
- Assist in maintaining a safe and secure work environment for all personnel.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum qualification: 10th Pass (Higher qualification preferred).
- Previous experience in security services is preferred but not mandatory.
- Physically fit and capable of performing security duties.
- Good communication and observation skills.
- Ability to remain alert and work independently.
- Must maintain discipline, integrity, and professional conduct at all times.
