Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) with a strong background in US IT Staffing. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, generating business, and building long-term relationships in the US market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in US IT staffing
- Generate leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and networking
- Acquire direct clients and implement MSP/VMS models
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Work closely with recruitment teams to fulfill client requirements
- Negotiate contracts, rates, and service agreements
- Achieve revenue targets and business growth objectives
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in US IT Staffing Business Development
- Proven track record of acquiring direct clients/MSPs/VMS
- Strong understanding of US staffing models (C2C, W2, 1099)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in US time zones
