Job Title: Executive Recruitment
Location: Borivali West, Mumbai
Experience: 3–6 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across sales, corporate, and technical roles.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, headhunting, and networking.
- Conduct candidate screening and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and ensure timely closures.
- Negotiate salary, roll out offers, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Key Requirements:
- 3–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Strong expertise in headhunting, talent mapping, and candidate sourcing.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and major job portals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and meet hiring timelines.
- Experience in the Building Materials, Manufacturing, or Industrial sector will be an added advantage.
