Position: Google Ads Expert / Performance Marketing Specialist
Location: Faridabad, Haryana
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Salary: Negotiable based on experience and skill level
About the Role
We are looking for a Google Ads Expert who can independently manage, optimize, and scale Google Ads campaigns to generate quality leads and improve overall campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage Google Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience research.
- Create and optimize campaigns based on CPL, CTR, conversion rate, and ROAS.
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient use of ad spend.
- Monitor campaigns daily and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and remarketing.
- Continuously optimize keywords, bids, ads, audiences, and landing pages.
- Prepare regular performance reports with clear insights and recommendations.
- Coordinate with the creative/content team for ad copies, banners, videos, and landing pages.
- Stay updated with Google Ads features, policies, trends, and best practices.
Requirements
- 1–3+ years of hands-on experience in Google Ads/Performance Marketing.
- Strong understanding of Google Ads Manager and campaign optimization.
- Experience in lead generation campaigns is preferred.
- Good knowledge of GA4, GTM, conversion tracking, and analytics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage campaigns independently and meet performance targets.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
