The MC IT Advisory EPM team are seeking Assistant Manager Oracle Hyperion Planning Specialist to join the growing EPM practice
We are looking for an experienced consulting professional who has a broad understanding of the solutions industry best practices and multiple business processes within the EPM space
The role would require
oAbility to work independently as well as in a Collaborative team environment
oRequirement gathering from client
oExcellent stake holder management
oPerform varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment to implement Oracle EPM products and technology to meet customer needs
oExpertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderate to complex customer engagements
oCapability to deliver high quality well developed solutions within constraints of time
oDemonstration of strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Requirement
oMust have a complete project lifecycle experience in a Planning and Budgeting Project
oMust have 49 years Experience with PBCS EPBCS or WorkforceCapex Modules in On Prem Environment
oShould have experience of 25 end to end implementation
oExperience of leading a teamteam located across locations
oProficient in writing Business Rules and Calc scripts
oExperience with Forms Building Task List Security and all other artifacts of the planning tools
oFamiliar with Application tuning and Optimization
oExperience in ASO cubes ASO optimization and MDX member formulas
oGood understanding and experience with Data flow between applications
oExpertise in Data Validation
oExperience in HFR and Smart View
oShould have Knowledge in BatchShell scripts
oShould have Experience with automation and scheduling Jobs
oShould have experience in client issues handling requirement gathering
oCreate and Demo EPBCS Custom PBCS application to clients
oAbility to train internal staff in Hyperion planning PBCS EPBCS Essbase Integrations tools etc of EPM suite
oExperience in preparing deliverables such as design documents test documentation training materials and admin guides etc
Good to Have
oWorking Knowledge on FDMEEFDQMDM
oBasic understanding of DRMEDMCS
oWorking knowledge of other oracle EPM products like FCCS ARCS
oKnowledge in Groovy scripting

o49 years of experience in Oracle Hyperion tools PBCS and EPBCS
oHandsOn experience in building and leading both Out of the box and customized PBCS applications
oStrong Knowledge of ASO BSO development and MDX calculations
oProficiency in Creating enhancing and tuning of Business rules
oAbility to create complex reports in FR studio
oAutomate tasks that will eliminate repetitive tasks
oExperience in preparing deliverables such as design documents test documentation training materials and admin guides etc
oAbility to train internal staff in Hyperion planning PBCS EPBCS Essbase Integrations tools etc of EPM suite
oAbility to train clients on how to use the application User guidance training
oExcellent communication skills
