As a MIS Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing and getting customized Google App sheet program. You will be responsible for collaborating closely with our ERP vendor to understand, modify, and enhance various components of our Task Delegation Software and CRM Platform
Your expertise in Google AppSheet and related technologies will be pivotal in driving the efficiency and effectiveness of our financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Chatbot Development:
● Collaborate with the vendor in designing and implementing a chatbot.
● Integrate the chatbot with Google Sheets and Google AppSheet for seamless data flow.
CRM Customization:
● Customize the CRM system developed on Google AppSheet to align with company requirements. ● Ensure the CRM system effectively tracks and manages customer interactions.
Management of Financial Tools:
Oversee and enhance various financial tools including Expense Tracker, Task, Attendance and Leave Tracker, Project Management, Financial Management System (FMS), Customer Support, Hiring Tracker, and Inventory Management.
● Ensure all systems are interconnected and function cohesively.
Vendor Coordination:
● Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and the ERP vendor.
● Ensure timely delivery and customization of the ERP solutions as per company needs.
Documentation and Training:
● Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all systems and processes.
● Conduct training sessions for staff to familiarize them with the new systems and updates.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
● Strong understanding of financial processes and systems.
● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective vendor and team collaboration.
● Ability to create detailed SOPs and training materials.
● Experience in designing chatbots and integrating them with business systems is a plus
