We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Crew Members with hands-on experience in beverage preparation and food prep operations. The candidate will be responsible for preparing beverages, assisting in kitchen prep, maintaining hygiene standards, and ensuring smooth day-to-day outlet operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve beverages including coffee, shakes, coolers, teas, and other café drinks as per SOPs
- Assist in food preparation, assembly, and plating as per brand standards
- Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen, beverage counter, and equipment
- Follow food safety and storage guidelines at all times
- Manage daily prep activities including cutting, portioning, stocking, and labeling
- Handle customer orders efficiently with a positive attitude
- Support inventory management and report low stock to supervisors
- Operate POS, billing, and basic cash handling if required
- Work closely with the team to ensure smooth outlet operations during peak hours
Requirements
- Prior experience in beverages, café operations, or food prep preferred
- Basic knowledge of hygiene and food safety practices
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and fast-paced environments
- Immediate joiners preferred
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
