The Finance Executive is responsible for handling daily financial operations of the automobile dealership including customer finance processing, loan documentation, payment follow-up, invoice verification, coordination with banks/NBFCs, and maintaining financial records as per company and OEM guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for vehicle loan processing.
- Verify customer finance documents and ensure accuracy.
- Handle vehicle invoice verification and payment coordination.
- Support retail finance target achievement.
- Maintain records of hypothecation and loan closures.
- Coordinate with sales team regarding finance status updates.
- Ensure timely submission of documents to financiers.
- Monitor pending finance cases and customer advances.
- Assist in daily cash flow and collection monitoring.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial and customer data.
Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
