This position is for the role of Content Analyst for RDA Contributed Pricing team. The chosen candidate is expected to:
1.Manage day to day business operations for Realtime reference data.
2.Work with various internal teams to identify trends and areas of concern raised by clients with solutions to reduce client queries.
3. Good knowledge of North American Treasury and Fixed Income markets.
4. Flexible and able to work under pressure while managing multiple tasks and able to adapt to changing needs and requirements.
5. Deliver high productivity and quality data.
6. A team player who will work with others to get the job done and should be a very quick learner and should display high level of agility.
7. Communicate & liaise with internal and external departments for resolution of data queries.
Should be open to work in night shift.
8. Well versed with MS Office applications especially MS Excel and should have good keyboard typing skills.
Essential Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Proactively undertake unscheduled work items such as - process assessments and methods of working reviews and create / update them. Deliver presentations / highlight risks to the management. Take end to end accountability for assigned items within the business and quality plan. Provide appropriate consultancy, solutions, and advice in the areas of process evaluations, performance monitoring and statistics. Efficiently handle customer issues before referring to TL. Report, analyse and present results of measurement and evaluations. Identify and call out areas for improvement and standard process from the results of measurement or evaluations Help and support new measurements where a need or requirement exists. Facilitate communication and liaise with CRM/Stake holders and other related teams to get an issue fixed and ensure great customer experience. Management of Service requests and to undertake root cause analysis to determine solutions to problem areas, working with and involving cross functional teams.

> In-depth knowledge on Fixed Income markets
> Strong and demonstrable understanding and use of Microsoft Standard Desktop products inc. Outlook/Word/Excel/Presentation etc.
