The Mainstage Productions is looking for a talented and innovative Graphic Designer with proven experience in the Event Management, Events, Exhibitions, or Experiential Marketing Industry.
We are seeking someone who understands the unique creative demands of live events and exhibitions and can transform ideas into compelling visual experiences. The ideal candidate should be highly skilled in graphic design, infographics, and motion graphics, with the ability to work in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Create visual concepts and designs for corporate events, conferences, exhibitions, trade shows, and brand activations.
- Develop event branding elements including stage backdrops, LED screen creatives, standees, signage, exhibition graphics, and promotional materials.
- Design professional infographics that communicate information clearly and creatively.
- Produce motion graphics and animated content for event presentations, digital campaigns, and LED displays.
- Prepare artwork for large-format printing and exhibition production.
- Collaborate with event managers, production teams, and clients to ensure all creative deliverables align with project objectives.
- Manage multiple projects while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer.
- Prior experience in the Event Management, Events, Exhibitions, Production, or Experiential Marketing Industry is mandatory.
- Advanced knowledge of:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Strong expertise in Infographics and Motion Graphics.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual communication.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet project deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience creating graphics for exhibition booths, stage productions, and event environments.
- Knowledge of 3D visualization software will be an added advantage.
- Strong portfolio showcasing event and exhibition-related work.
